We carried out the complete fit-out of LEAP Sete Rios, the latest office centre of the LEAP Business Centre, strategically located in Espaço 7Rios, within the former Twin Towers galleries, in the heart of Lisbon. This project is part of an innovative concept of flexible and adaptable workspaces, designed to meet the growing needs of modern and dynamic businesses.
The Leap Center 7Rios space stands out for its modular architecture, which allows easy adaptation to the diverse requirements of its occupants. The structure includes a wide range of environments, such as: a welcoming reception area, spacious open-plan spaces for collaborative work, private offices for enhanced focus, and meeting rooms equipped for conferences and presentations. In addition, LEAP 7Rios features a functional kitchenette and a lounge equipped with hubs dedicated to private calls, offering the perfect balance between work and leisure. To complete the offering, it includes thoughtfully designed leisure areas and modern sanitary facilities, ensuring comfort and convenience for users.
All necessary works were carried out to create this environment of excellence, with a focus on the execution of high-quality interior finishes, the installation of modular partitions for maximum flexibility, as well as the implementation of various specialised technical installations, ensuring a technologically advanced and functional space.
