MAP Spaces takes pride in having been responsible for the complete execution of the fitout for LEAP Areeiro, one of the office centers at LEAP Business Center, strategically located on Avenida Gago Coutinho in Lisbon. This project is part of a pioneering concept of flexible and adaptable workspaces, designed to meet the demands of modern, dynamic companies that are constantly evolving.
LEAP Center Areeiro stands out for its versatility, offering solutions that cater to a wide range of needs. The space combines spacious open areas, ideal for promoting collaboration and interaction among teams, with private offices that ensure privacy and focus. The fully equipped meeting rooms provide a professional environment, ready for presentations, strategic meetings, and conferences.
In addition to the work areas, the project included the creation of a functional kitchenette, combining modern aesthetics with practicality, making it a gathering point for relaxation and leisure. This attention to detail extends throughout all the spaces, reinforcing the balance between productivity and well-being.
During the development of this project, the MAP Spaces team focused on creating an environment of excellence, with particular emphasis on the use of high-quality interior finishes that enhance the aesthetics and comfort of the space. Modular partitions were also installed, ensuring maximum flexibility in the configuration of the spaces, and various advanced technical solutions were implemented, guaranteeing a modern, functional, and future-ready environment.
