In the IRO Dental Clinic project, a complete demolition of the existing areas was carried out, providing a suitable foundation for the construction of a modern and functional dental clinic. All partitions were newly constructed, enabling the creation of an optimised layout that meets the operational needs of the clinic. The flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes were carefully chosen to reflect a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring comfort for both patients and staff.
All necessary activities were carried out to create various essential spaces in the IRO Dental Clinic, including:
- Reception: A spacious and welcoming area designed to greet patients with comfort and efficiency.
- Waiting Rooms: Calm and comfortable environments equipped with modern furniture and entertainment resources, allowing patients to await their appointments pleasantly.
- Laboratory: A well-equipped facility dedicated to performing analyses and technical work essential for dental treatments.
- Training Rooms: Spaces dedicated to the continuous education of the team, ensuring all professionals remain up to date with the latest practices and technologies in dentistry.
- Treatment Rooms: Rooms designed with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring high-quality care and comfort for patients during procedures.
- X-ray Rooms: Designated areas for imaging exams, equipped with advanced technology for precise and effective diagnostics.
- Sanitary Facilities: Modern and accessible amenities for both patients and staff.
- Break Room: A designated space for the team to relax and recharge, promoting a healthy work environment.
- Changing Rooms: Comfortable facilities for the team, ensuring privacy and comfort during breaks.
The special technical facilities implemented are essential for the efficient operation of the clinic. This includes the electrical installation, security systems, CCTV (closed-circuit television) for monitoring, appropriate lighting for all areas, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for a comfortable environment, as well as communication and sound systems that facilitate interaction between the team and patients. The water and drainage network was meticulously designed, as well as the gas, suction, and compressed air installations, which are essential for dental procedures.
With this project, the new dental clinic not only meets functional and aesthetic requirements but also provides a safe and comfortable environment, focused on excellent patient care and the operational efficiency of the team.
