MAP Spaces was the company selected to execute the H3 project at Fórum Barra under a Build contract, taking full responsibility for delivering the project with high quality standards, strict deadlines, and precise construction control.
H3 – Hambúrguer 3.ª Geração is a Portuguese restaurant chain specialising in gourmet burgers, created with the ambition of bringing a higher-quality product to shopping centres, closer to the experience of traditional dining.
This fitout and refurbishment project aims to merge two retail units into a single H3 restaurant space, creating a functional, contemporary environment fully aligned with the brand’s concept and identity.
The architectural design was developed by OTO Arquitectos, while the special engineering systems were designed by PENER – Projetos de Engenharia, ensuring a fully integrated and specialised technical approach.
The main interventions included in this fitout project are:
Demolition works and preparation of the existing space
- Waterproofing and screed execution
Construction of internal walls and partitions
- Installation of flooring suitable for intensive use
- Installation of suspended ceilings
- Finishing works, with special attention to detail and durability
- Adaptation of special technical installations, ensuring full operational performance of the restaurant space
This project further strengthens MAP Spaces’ experience in delivering fitout projects for the food service and retail sectors, particularly within shopping centres, where technical coordination, quality control, and strict schedule compliance are critical to operational success.
