Description

The rehabilitation of a 6-storey building, with a gross area of 6,000 m², was an ambitious project that resulted in the addition of 3 more floors, transforming it into the first “Mama Shelter” hotel unit on the Iberian Peninsula. This development marks a significant milestone in the region’s contemporary hospitality offering, introducing an innovative and bold concept that stands out for its originality and style.

The hotel features a total of 130 rooms, all designed with a modern and welcoming style, providing guests with a comfortable and vibrant environment. In addition to the rooms, the unit boasts an exceptional dining area with a capacity for 400 people, spread across four distinct spaces, each with its own unique identity and atmosphere.

Among the dining options, a terrace stands out, with a capacity for 60 people, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in a relaxed atmosphere. An internal courtyard accommodates up to 40 people, offering an intimate and peaceful space for socialising. The hotel also features a restaurant that promises a unique gastronomic experience, with a diverse menu that reflects the essence of the brand. Finally, the rooftop, with a capacity for 160 people, offers stunning views and a perfect space to relax and socialise, making it a popular meeting spot for both guests and the local community.

This unique and bold space was designed to provide a distinctive experience, where each area has been thoughtfully crafted to inspire creativity and encourage social interaction. The hotel’s concept incorporates elements of contemporary design, art, and culture, creating a vibrant atmosphere that attracts both tourists and local residents. Mama Shelter is not just a place to sleep; it is a complete experience that invites guests to explore, socialise, and enjoy memorable moments.
