This rehabilitation involved the complete renovation of the parking facility serving the iconic Castilho 203 Luxury Condominium, located near Parque Eduardo VII in Lisbon. This project was promoted and developed by the prestigious Vanguard Properties, renowned for its excellence in high-end real estate developments.

The intervention was a large-scale project characterized by a thorough transformation of the existing structure. Most of the original infrastructure was demolished and modified to adapt the building for its new use as a parking facility, adhering to safety and accessibility standards while optimizing the available space.
