The construction of Leroy Merlin showroom in Portugal marks a significant milestone in the country’s offering of home improvement and decoration solutions. This innovative space, with a gross construction area of 1,500 m², was designed to offer a unique shopping experience, where customers can explore a wide range of products and inspirations for their projects.
The showroom was designed to showcase numerous distinct environments, both indoor and outdoor, allowing visitors to visualise the various design and functionality possibilities for their homes. Each space was carefully planned to reflect the latest trends in décor, efficiency, and sustainability, offering creative ideas and practical solutions that meet the diverse needs of customers.
One of the standout features of this showroom is the direct access to the main store, facilitated by escalators and a panoramic lift. This integration allows customers to move easily between the showroom and the other areas of the store, ensuring a smooth and accessible shopping experience.
Regarding special installations, complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems were implemented, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for all visitors. In addition, the electrical installations were optimised to support the appropriate lighting and energy requirements of the showroom, while an advanced security system was integrated to protect both the space and the displayed products.
