This project aims to convert a street café in Almada into a new restaurant for Street SMASHBURGERS, a Portuguese brand built around a simple yet effective concept: the smash burger.
Launched less than a year ago, the brand has already established a presence in several cities and regions across the country and continues to grow with an ambitious expansion plan. MAP Spaces is currently budgeting an additional four units, in addition to this one already awarded.
The interventions defined for this project are:
- Demolitions
- Shopfront/facade
- Finishes
- Specialized installations
The architectural design is by XXXI Studio, with all engineering specialties delivered under a Design & Build model. MAP Spaces has been selected as the partner responsible for bringing this space to life.
