This work comprised the rehabilitation of a pre-existing structure, within an 8.500 sqm plot, to create a luxury villa with a construction area of 1.700 sqm, consisting of two floors and a rooftop.
The upper floor has a large living room, a dining room, a TV room, a social kitchen, a master suite and 3 suites, and the lower floor has a gym, a cinema, a kitchen, a wine cellar, a large garage, a service area with laundry and the maid’s suite.
Outside, a guest house of 200 sqm was also built from scratch, surrounded by a garden across the entire property, featuring a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
Exquisite finishes by the Architectural Designer, combined with sophisticated technical installations.
