The Sublime Comporta Villas, currently under construction by VILLAS for the general infrastructure and structural components, will be an exclusive and sophisticated 51-hectare development. It will comprise 43 villas, an events building, a staff building, a central square, a wellness space, a gatehouse, and the necessary infrastructure.

Each villa will feature generous areas ranging from 350 to 575 ^sqm, designed with 2 to 3 suites, a kitchen, a spacious living room, a private outdoor area, and a pool, in addition to storage spaces.

As the construction progresses, we remain dedicated and are working meticulously to deliver a project of excellence. This will complement the surrounding area, nestled within the natural reserve of the Sado River estuary, among pine trees, sand dunes, rice fields, and over 60 km of beach.
